HDC HanCore

HanCore Dual-Cure Core Build-Up Composite is manufactured by Handae Chemical, South Korea, for rebuilding missing coronal tooth structure before crown and bridge restorations.

Its dual-cure system combines light-activated and chemical polymerisation. The accessible areas can be light-cured for approximately 20 seconds, while the self-curing component supports polymerisation in deeper or less accessible areas.

HanCore is supplied in automix syringes that dispense the base and catalyst together through a mixing tip. This helps achieve consistent mixing and enables direct placement into the prepared tooth.

The material provides high compressive and flexural strength for supporting indirect restorations. It is available in A3 Yellow, Blue and White, allowing the clinician to select a shade according to visibility and restorative requirements.
