Gutta Percha Points

Sure-Endo Gutta Percha Points are used during the obturation stage of root canal treatment. After the canal has been cleaned, shaped, irrigated and dried, an appropriately sized gutta-percha master cone is selected to correspond with the final apical preparation and taper.

The 25.04 configuration is intended for canals prepared to approximately ISO #25 with a .04 taper. The points provide a consistent tapered shape for fitting into the prepared canal and are normally used together with an appropriate endodontic sealer.

Sure Dent states that its regular gutta-percha points undergo laser inspection for tip and taper, are manufactured for consistent sizing, are radiopaque for identification on dental radiographs, and are latex-free.
