MECCO Gutta-Percha Cutter

The MECCO P&C Gutta-Percha Cutter and Obturation Pen is designed for cutting, softening and compacting gutta-percha during root canal obturation. Its 2-in-1 design combines a traditional heating pen and gutta-percha cutter, reducing the need to operate separate devices.

The innovative ball-shaped cutting tip heats and collects excess gutta-percha, helping produce a clean and smooth finish around the canal opening. The pusher tip is designed to heat and vertically compact softened gutta-percha during downpack procedures.

The cordless pen-style construction offers comfortable handling and convenient access to different areas of the oral cavity. Rapid heating allows the tip to reach its working temperature in approximately three seconds. After use, the handpiece can be placed directly into the supplied charging base.
