This Dental High-Speed Handpiece Turbine Cartridge is a replaceable internal rotor assembly used to repair compatible air-turbine handpieces. Compressed air rotates the turbine mechanism, which drives the bur during restorative and tooth-preparation procedures.
Replacing a worn cartridge may help address handpiece problems such as reduced rotation, unusual noise, vibration, bur wobble or weak bur retention. The cartridge is supplied inside a protective plastic storage case. Turbine cartridges are model-specific, so compatibility must be confirmed using the handpiece manufacturer, model number, head size and chuck type before ordering or installation.
